Gender Equity Policy
At San Pedro Logistics, we are committed to promoting human rights within our workplaces, as well as ensuring equal opportunities between men and women. We diligently follow the commitments outlined in the Gender Equity Model (MEG: 2012), the guidelines of the National Institute for Women (INMUJERES), and the Social Responsibility Management Model implemented in our workplaces.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy
SPL Global Cargo is committed to conducting all operations in accordance with safety, occupational health, and damage control standards in all its activities. This includes compliance with applicable legislation, and the establishment of responsibilities and assignments to ensure compliance with this policy.
As part of our strategy, we commit to:
- Establish a Safety and Hygiene Management System.
- Provide training and necessary resources to our staff to implement this policy.
- Prevent accidents and disasters in our company through synergy and shared commitment.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out under optimal safety and hygiene conditions, taking into account associated risks, to safeguard the physical integrity of our staff, protect our facilities, and avoid harm to third-party property and the environment.
- Support and monitor the Safety and Hygiene Commission, ensuring it has the time required to plan and oversee the program and its activities.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, integrating our staff into training processes related to this purpose.
